That's all fine and good if you go out and recruit a position coach or coordinator that is worth top pay.Entirely different matter to just give your assistants top pay because you can. I don't doubt that Riley and Eichorst are doing some shopping for ace recruiter types who are worth that kind of money. Something Pelini never did. He just hired who he liked and they were usually not qualified so I think their level of pay was more than generous.
