Memorial Stadium rocked

the '02 Texas game was awesome, but this one was definitely better imo. There seems to be times were some sections in the stadium don't get really into the game. But this game, it seemed like everyone was jumping around not only after the TD but even during the break before the kickoff, etc.

 
I turned the radio on during the break after the td pass from Lucky and Jim Rose said that the only games louder were 92 and 94 sCUm and 78 OU. It looked like it would have been the most fun ever at the game. I just wish we could have won. GBR

 
I've been going to home & road games since I was a kid, and the time from Lucky's TD pass up to the fumble, was the MOST electric environment I have ever experienced. Better than '92 or '94 CU (didn't think that was possible).

Complete strangers hugging and hi-fiving and screaming. And then the snow starts falling pretty heavy. EVERYONE is jumping up and down for the kickoff. The 'Shirts get a huge 3 and out. The Big Red "O" looks to have a first down to seal the win, and then.................................

But man - that 10 minutes or so was absolutely amazing!!!

 
I think about half of the student section fell down when lucky threw that pass to swift because we were all standing on the wet bleachers and the next thing i know were takin eachother down like domino's. It was an all around awesome experience.

 
It was an experience for me that I will never forget!!!! Since I don't get to many Husker games to be at one that was that electric was a blessing!!! I can only imagine what the stadium would have been like had we won!!!!! :woo

 
i know listenin to it on the radio until it came on the tv that it was the loudest i have ever heard it. rose had to scream even louder to be heard over u guys... wow i was impressed... cant wait to get over there for a game as soon as possible
