How viable of a candidate is Monte Kiffon? ESPN's Bruce Feldman was saying that he really wants the job. What's the chance Kiffon is brought in with Gill brought as a$$ HC to learn and grow then take over when Kiffon is dead?

First of all its Monte Kiffin. There is already a long thread about him but in my opinion, he is too old for this job. He is 67 and will be retiring in the next 5 years.

yup.. he is too old, and if he was brought it, it would not be so that TG could take over in a few years, it would be for Lane...
