Good ol' Terry thinks the pass play to Nunn was the wrong call.

Would someone tell why it was the wrong call when WE MADE THE FIRST DOWN???

Why is a short pass play more likely to lead to a turnover than a handoff up the middle?

Anyone?

Would Bowden be bitching if we ran the ball, fumbled, and UT recovered?

I am sure that if nothing was available, Callahan instructed ZT to just hit the ground, let the clock run, and punt.

We didn't lose because of the call, we lost because of bad luck. Period.

It's dumb to criticize a play that worked. Duh, the pass got the first down. It was the fumble that went wrong, and that could have happened on a run.

He apparently didnt get the memo to move on already. The play got a first down. Dude fumbled. Defense didnt hold 'em. They all need to let it go. It was a good game. Heartbreaking loss. Done.

Maybe he is just taking out frustration because his daddy lost - again. FSU is pitiful!

WE GOT THE 1ST DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and then we fumbled. It wasn't Callahan that fumbled, it was a player. It was a great call since Nunn got the first, but unfortunately he fumbled.

The call was perfect, the texas D didnt see it comming and it got a first down. Nunn got a brutal hit and fumbled, that has nothing to do withthe play calling.

alot of the people over here in Iraq seem to think that if Nu would have ran the ball and punted UT would not have had enough time to drive down the field and score to winn the game. but the longhorn magic probably would have caused a blocked punt.

it just wasnt meant to be.

NU will get another shot at the shorthorns in KC and watch out this time.
