my updated sig

Well, to be honest, in this thread I just felt like sharing some of my taste for music. I just added a pic from a concert the other night to my sig of one of my favorite bands. They are Kings of Leon. For those of you that like alternative rock, try it out. It's almost hippy rock, not sure how to explain it, but you may not dig the lead singers voice...its a thing that you'll either like or hate. I'm a die hard and like all of their albums so just start searching away at them. You may by chance have been up to watch Late Night shows or SNL with them appearing because this last year is when the exposure really started in. I went to see them last friday night with some friends at the Uptown Theatre in Kansas City. Great show all around, sold out in only hours, which was a surprise to me. Let me know what you think if you are a music junkie like me.

I had the album . . . listened to it a few times over, just couldn't get into it. Just not my thing, apparently. :dunno

They opened for Pearl Jam here in Columbia, SC and I was very impressed with their show. I went out and bought their albums afterward. Vedder came out and did a song with them just before Pearl Jam came on.

Very cool, thanks for sharing. A friend of mine is a big Pearl Jam fan and saw KOL open for them also...whenever that was. I think it's been quite awhile.
