Exactly. You beat me to it. And, it happens to be a justifiable question. The NCAA really is just a government style morass of inconsistencies and ill-logic.

The NCAA is beyond worthless. Comish and 95 Redux have their number.

Its like a spleen. At one point it served a purpose. But that was so long ago nobody remembers what it was now. Only a surgery can get rid of it.
