We have added formal language to the guidelines page regarding the politics and religion forum and the use of AI-generated content. The political policy is not new, but the AI update has been added to align us with modern forum best practices. Please review these changes at your convenience.

Wemby had one last-second brain fart that might have cost them a game. Last night Fox had another. Just dribble into the corner and it's probably game over, Spurs tie the series.
I like the Spurs and I don't hate the Knicks and I love Jalen Brunson so I've just been rooting for a good series. That was a game to remember.
I honestly don't think the Spurs are too young. They got this far and play with a high degree of execution and confidence. Sometimes the shots that were dropping just don't drop.

An hour before Knicks/Spurs tip-off, my San Francisco Giants were down 9-1 in the 8th inning and won 11-10 in the 9th with a walk-off grand slam by the rookie DH.
Apparently both the Giants and Knicks comebacks were historic on multiple levels. Fun sports day.

The Spurs are one of the worst teams to make the finals I can remember. A star player who can’t step up on either side of the floor when it matters. Wemby will be good but completely not ready. Spurs soft and let Brunson get to the rim every single time. I think OKC would have given the Spurs a better series but they were banged up and Knicks had best most complete team.

My wife and son are Knicks fans, so I was very happy to see them win. Brunson is a dog, dude is one of the most clutch players I've ever seen play the game. And the Knicks had an incredible run in the playoffs, going 16-3 is just crazy to me. I came into the series thinking the Spurs would win in 6 because of Wemby, but wow, has my opinion ever changed about him. First off, dude is just soft. He needs to put on about 30-40 pounds of muscle; if he does, he'll be very difficult to contend with for years to come. If not, the NBA has a blueprint of how to play him going forward.
Also, I'm very surprised with how dirty he plays the game. The NBA clearly didn't want one of the stars to get suspended for all of the flagrant fouls in the playoffs, but he really pushed the limits multiple times. The shove to Brunson's head, clearly being in the landing zone on Brunson's three, etc. The NBA has an officiating problem that they need to get cleaned up (just like every sport).
