Initially I think the idea of assigning to whole coaching staff to develop relationships with the high schools in state is a great idea. I just hope it doesn't take away from hitting Florida, Texas, and California as hard as necessary. This is another good move by Coach Callahan just as when he shifted five assistants to cover Texas as part of their duties. :restore2
