Great to hear Eric Hagg was added to the Senior Bowl roster, giving the #Huskers now a game-high six participants in Mobile this week.

Prince Amukamara would've made it 7, but he declined to play to protect his draft stock.

Here is the North roster with Husker representatives.

Too bad we can't see it here in Lincoln thanks to TimeWarner being asshats and not carrying the NFL Network.

I'm trying to decide if it's a good thing or a bad thing that we lead the nation in this category. It's great to see all of our players there but i wish they weren't eligible quite yet.

Yeah, I wonder how may players of that caliber we'll have next year. And the year after. Here’s another thought. We have six players in the Sr Bowl. Seven if you include Prince who declined. We won ten games. How many Sr. Bowl caliber players would we need to win twelve or fourteen games?

At some point it becomes more about attitude than talent. We had the talent on this team to win every game we played. We didn't have the mental wherewithal to win four of them. The warning signs were there all year, from the lackluster performance against W. Kentucky to the abominable game against SDSU. The 2010 team was mentally flawed, and it never seemed to overcome those flaws.

It wasn't about the talent this year. This year was set up where we had a really good wave of talent at the top, from the 2007 recruiting class that turned out to be outstanding. We had an opportunity and squandered it, but it doesn't mean we can't make the same (or more) out of less next year.

Man, how long as it been since we had this much NFL talent on the roster? Unfortunately a lot of them on offense probably dropped themselves several rounds this year.

How long? Maybe never before. And we're gonna have a lot of talent next year, even though we lose a lot to the NFL.
