Nebraska needs a Defensive Minded Coach

The Huskers need to hire a tough minded defensive coach who can motivate the players with fear and will. Callahan only cared about the offense and let the defense go to hell and still the only thing on his mind was the offense. The Huskers need a coach who can scheme a game plan to match the spread offenses that have tooken over the Big 12 and pretty much college football. Bringing back the spread option to Nebraska isn't what Nebrska needs right now. It's a coach who can game plan for all the spread offenses or Nebrska will be like Texas Tech. 8-4 every year. What's the saying "Defense wins championships". Your team takes on the personality of your head coach. Just my two cents.

 
That is what a defensive coordinator for, I trust Osborne but I think Bo will be a mistake. Just because you hire an offensive coach doesn't mean they will have a bad defense.

 
Yea it's unstoppable if you have D-lineman who can't get off blocks, LB's who are afraid to plug a hole and DB's that follow the reciever 30 yards down the field on running plays.

We made booger picker look like a 3-time Heisman winner, and OU stuffed and rattled his a$$ till he had his typical meltdown.

MAN, did you see how their DE's fought off those Tackles and blew in there? Not too mention how their LB's were pursuing Chase when he rolled out or ran it. WOW it really looked impressive! That is where I think Thenarse and Dillard will really shine under Bo if in fact he is our new HC.

Someone needs to figure out how to stop the "spread option" soon. It is a rythem offense so if you get them out of rythem they are done! I think TG could hire someone to do it or Bo can figure it out and hire someone to rune the "Florida Offense, only better". Let's just decide to get behind the new coach until he proves we shouldn't be behind him. :)
