This law seriously needs adjusted. ELEVEN children have been abandoned in the last 24 hours including some jack off who left all NINE of his kids at the hospital:

Yeah, that is seriously ridiculous, but you have to wonder what kind of lives those kids would have if the dad obviously didn't give a f*&k about them. It's people like this that seriously piss me off considering how long my wife and I have been trying to have kids. It seems like dirtbags always find a way to procreate. Unf*&kingbelievable! :steam
