Mast lifted us in the 2nd half. Winthrop is a snappy team, but we made it closer than it should have been.

Good win. I continue to be impressed that the team finds ways to win when things aren't going their way. 3s weren't falling so everyone thought Nebraska would attack the rim more. Winthrop went big and kind of ruined that idea. Finally someone got hot from 3 point land and finished it off.

When we get into conference play, they are going to have to figure out how to score in the paint when a team goes big and if 3s aren't falling.

Longest win streak in the nation continues. Some ugly basketball at times but this team knows how to win. Next game should be easier and then a week off before we start the meat of the schedule. Taking an 9-0 record into the conference schedule would be amazing! GBR

We had 3 big men on the bench with injuries. Last night, we seemed to play a little different def with Mast on the floor compared to Garcia. We have some games coming up to get these guys healed!
