New field turf for 2013

how can I get an image to post from twitter? the isnt working.
I typically rehost pics onto my own image hosting site, then use that code inside the tags. Some sites, like PhotoBucket or Imgur, will give you the whole thing, brackets included.

I also had to remove the ":large" from the end of those URLs so that might be messing you up.

It's the ":large" addendum that twitter puts on pics that's messing you up. You have to remove that, and you're golden. But when you remove the ":large" thing, you post a smaller pic. That's why I usually save the pics, rehost them, and post the rehosted pic. You get full size that way.

It should look about the same color of green once they get those cork granules all over the field. That Tulsa field changes quite a bit in color after the cork is laid down.

Moving right along.

Walked by the stadium and took a couple more pics of the turf today. The backing on this new turf is different than the old stuff. The old stuff just had plain black matting underneath the grass bits, while this stuff has a rubber ridge that underlays the stitching. Probably more secure that way.

Knappy-slappy... I ask this in the nicest way possible- What do you do all day that allows you to take up close pictures of turf?--- Just Admit that you are Barney Cotton.
