that is a pretty insightful observation, having said that i don't believe for a moment that all that is wrong will be magically fixed with a couple new coaches.....there is chemistry in coaching as well as between players, the changes won't happen overnight, this will be a journey, one step at a time.

Back on topic of RB's coach. I think Fort Scott Head Coach Jeff Sims is a good option, the guy is familiar with Carl and Jamrog from Minnesota State-Mankato, and we all know Bo likes guys who he knows (or Carl knows, in Ross Els' case). As far as candidates within the program, the only guy I could see is Intern T.J. Hollowell, that's about it.
