New S&C coach Kennedy

I like this guys approach. From what I've read so far, this guy really has the right approach to this situation. Straight forward and no nonsense, I understand he is a Nebraska native and it shows. Lookin' more and more like Neb. Football every day.

yes it appears that although we have lost some great NU roots we still have some strong connections to the state where it counts. i.e. Kennedy, Cassidy, Gill, Downing?... and hell I guess even Steve himself has to qualify when you look at the guys who hopefully look at the job as more of a passion than a job.

He comes from the same mold as Eppley, although not as big of a jerkoff. Eppley made entirely too many enemies in his time as S&C cord.

I think he was there from 84-90 in their some where. So he really helped build the program.

who did Eppley anger? didnt know bout that. I just knew he was the godfather of modern exercise and S&C for power football. invented many of the machines currently used worldwide, and many coaches studied & integrated his philosophies for yrs.
