Next Time Huskers Go to Alamo Bowl I will be there

Not sure if this needs to be moved to a different thread, but so be it.

I spent the last week visiting my son in San Antonio. Went to the Riverwalk Friday night with my wife to see the lights and such...forgot all about the bowl game on Saturday. The place was packed with mostly Oregon State fans along with quite a few Texas fans. The Oregon State band was on a third floor walkway area while their cheerleaders were on the second floor..just above the Hard Rock cafe area. I could care less about the OSU Beavers and hate Texas..but I can only imagine how much fun that town would be if the Huskers were playing there. Decided next time we play there, I'm going.

Wont happen any time soon. They dropped the B1G tie in for the Pac a few years ago.

I went down when we beat Michigan...one of my favorite bowl trips.....too bad Nebraska can't go back due to conference tie-ins.
