Night games compared to day games.

I am bored and can't wait any longer for Saturday's game, but I was wondering if anyone else had any thoughts about this.....

Do you think our players will have any trouble getting back in to a day game routine after having so many night games in a row??

It will probally depend on their practice schedule and what their pregame routine is tomorrow. If they can get a walk through in the morning and get loosened up pretty well. Then they should be alright.

I don't think there's a chance of it affecting them. The game is at 11am not at 3am. Not trying to be an a$$, but keep in mind these are some of the better athletes in the country. They are young, fit and full of adrenaline. It's not like my 31 year old butt trying to get up on a Saturday morning and strap on the pads after a late night. However I know that I'll be up and fully charged, and in 'game-time mode' by 7am.

I have a crazy little hunch that they might be even a little more hyped. :horns2

I don't think that it will be much of an adjustment for the players. However, I will have to adjust to my pregame ritual of having a couple of beers before the game. For some reason, I've made myself a rule that I won't ever have a drink before noon...which means that I can't crack one open until sometime late in the second quarter. That sucks!!

Many people have those same rules (myself included)....but exceptions are always made for Husker game days and vacations....and days that end in :sarcasm Y.
