Don't know if you all have seen this. I've only seen it once on TV, but it pretty much says it all. Guess I should be thankful I can walk on the treadmill instead of complaining about it, huh? Just might be my inspiration for the new, healthy lifestyle for the new year.

Thanks O-Husker, that's a great commercial. The business I own provides care to quadreplegics. The attitude of these people is amazing. When I have a bad day I visit one of them and it never fails to pick up my spirits.
