could very well be our starters. They are emerging from the pack.. I think both could have a tremendous upside.

hmmmm.....i knew that Paul is looking like a definite starter, but hadnt heard anything about henry.

i still see it as Paul and Holt though...

 
Rivals did an interesting article on Henry, so it will be interesting to see what he does.

I like Paul, and always thought he had a lot of potential. I just wish he would have redshirted. Paul also had a few fumble problems last year if I remember correctly, and he just wasn't very explosive.

This WR group this year scares me thanks to inexperience, but I'm hoping we will get two guys to step up like Petey and Swifty.

 
Henry is showing great consistency that he has been lacking. The guy is tall and very fast. Rivals is saying he has a decent shot.

Ever since the day we signed Henry I have been waiting for him to earn some PT. At the very least in goal line situations. He would be a ridiculous mismatch, in a good way. We need somebody to emerge, but this competition between Holt, Henry and Brooks is much needed.

I remember being at the Western Michigan game last year and he was put in for a few plays and I watched him carefully. He actually ran very very fluidly for someone his size, then Ganz threw him a ball on a slant and it went right through his hands. (May have ended up as an INT actually), then I never really saw him in on many plays after that.

He also had a nagging injury last year so I am sure that kept him out of contention for playing time.

because i was watching it when i read it!

 
We have the talent, but were inexperienced at QB and WR, so hopefully the running game can shoulder the load for the first couple of games because I am anticipating some mistakes early on.

 
I had a feeling that Paul would step up. Hopefully he will have a huge season. Has anyone heard anything about Holt?

 
Both these guys got extensive work in with Lee on the scout team I believe. Makes sense than that they are clicking. Seem to recall this about a couple guys and a certain QB last season as well.

 
Everything I have seen indicates Holt has a #1 WR position all but locked up with Paul working on the other position. Henry has the tools and it would be nice to see him break out.

 
I don't see Henry overtaking Holt, but I hope he and Chris Brooks have improved enough to be major contributors.
