I agree with you. It is clear that he knows exactly what he is doing, what the defense is doing, and what he expects from the receivers. But, he will also have the convo with his guys during the game (and in practice) to communicate with them "what happened?, What did you see on this route? Tell me about the defender on that play". He also owns up to his mistakes when they happen. A guy like this is extremely focused imho.Wow...Casey is good at press conferences and communication.
