Totally agree Polo, but giving the three time MNC a double financial advantage is not the answer. We will see where TN goes in the future, vs where Nebraska goes. Also being competitive with a lowly ranked conference is not where we were nor where I want to see Nebraska. I am not saying more money spent will garner more wins, but it should, that depends on the coaching for sure. I know you have lost a lot of faith in Bo. I can not say I have gained a lot, but did see some things last year that at least gives me some hope that he will learn he is under microscope at every second. Another year of the deer in the head lights look, blow outs and the like will end his tenure. But if he remains, or is replaced, Nebraska needs to step up if they want to play with the big boys down the road.
When this program was on top, it was because we were cutting edge, moving ahead of everyone else in almost every aspect, coaching technique, weight room, nutrition and training. I do think we are still trying to remain in those areas, but not anywhere close on recruiting.
