They'll be at Antonello's Restaurant at South Coast Plaza on Friday, Sept 15. The tickets are $15 and you can order them on Huskerpedia. There are several packages available w/Husker tickets included, but you have to buy one of the packages to get game tickets. Looks like you can buy tickets to the Sidetrack band by themselves.
