Oatmeal Butterscotch Raisin Cookies:

These are one of my favorite cookies to bake. You can use butterscotch chips/chocolate chips/raisins/nuts or make a combination of these ingredients.

1 Cup Blue Bonnet Margarine, Softened

3/4 Cup Sugar

3/4 Cup Brown Sugar

2 Eggs

1 Tsp. Vanilla

1-1/4 Cups Flour

1 Tsp. Baking Soda

1 Heaping Tsp. Ground Cinnamon

1/2 Tsp. Salt

3 Cups Quaker Oats

1-2/3 Cups Butterscotch Chips, Or To Taste

1-2/3 Cups Raisins, Or To Taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, white sugar and brown sugar together.

Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.

Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix

Add Quaker Oats, butterscotch chips and raisins; mix on low until combined.

Roll dough in hands to make a ball; according to how big you want the cookies to be.

Put on cookie sheets that have been sprayed with Pam.

Bake 8 minutes in preheated 375 degree oven.
