Oatmeal Butterscotch Raisin Cookies:
These are one of my favorite cookies to bake. You can use butterscotch chips/chocolate chips/raisins/nuts or make a combination of these ingredients.
1 Cup Blue Bonnet Margarine, Softened
3/4 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1-1/4 Cups Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Heaping Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. Salt
3 Cups Quaker Oats
1-2/3 Cups Butterscotch Chips, Or To Taste
1-2/3 Cups Raisins, Or To Taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, white sugar and brown sugar together.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix
Add Quaker Oats, butterscotch chips and raisins; mix on low until combined.
Roll dough in hands to make a ball; according to how big you want the cookies to be.
Put on cookie sheets that have been sprayed with Pam.
Bake 8 minutes in preheated 375 degree oven.
