What board did you see that on? I don't see anything about it anywhere. If it's true that sucks. Hopefully he can get back ASAP.

 
This makes me mad. All we want is for this monster to see the field and his injury plus this is not allowing it to happen. We have waited long enough and he has worked too hard to miss more games for crap like this. Must be his luck.

 
OK nevermind, it's all over Red Sea Scrolls over on HI.com They are saying it didn't burst, but either way get him operated on now and it might be only 2-4 weeks. So maybe the USC game depending on recovery time.

 
Having your appendix out SUCKS!

I had mine out, I found it early so it hadn't exploded or anything. But still having a few holes cut in your abdomen isn't fun. You don't realize how much you use your abs to do, well, really any movement.

It took me a few weeks to get over it, but when he comes out of it it's going to feel like someone hit him in the stomach with a sledgehammer :( I don't se ewhy they wouldn't do it using arthroscopy. Much, much shorter recovery time than cutting a very large hole.

 
Let's wait for an actual news agency or the University itself to confirm this...

its true.

dont worry. they caught it BEFORE it ruptured. this will cut his recovery time by 50%. he "could" be back in time for USC.

 
Man did we really piss off the football gods...

but I think he will be back for SC, he's tough and will be able to get out there, luckily he can get some help from his backup RUUUUUUD
