Texas -- Talk about a gag order. The Enron trial in Houston took an abrupt recess the other day, but Judge Sim Lake and the three lawyers remained mum about the reason for the break. After the attorneys were called to the bench, Lake explained it was due to "scheduling problems." but the Houston Chronicle reports the real cause was an over-abundance of cologne on Enron CEO Jeffrey Schilling's lawyer, Daniel Petrocelli. A juror complained she was overwhelmed during his cross-examination of witness Mark Koenig. During the break, he scrubbed himself down so the legal proceedings could continue.
