Okie State v Nebraska series thread

This coming weekend is a defining moment for the season! Okie State comes in hear 4-1 in the Big 12 and in second place if we could some how win 3 games we would be 7-5 in the Big 12.

This may be a pipe dream but if we lose the series we will be in a huge hole.

Bottom line is if our pitching continues in the manner it has been going we will once again lose the series!

This is a scary trend and I dont see an big pitchers coming in to the program that are potentially dominating!

I hope this is not a signal trhat we are returning to the days of Sanders!!!!

For those who haven't yet seen, we win 5-2. Watson threw a hell of a game. Career high strikeouts of 11, I think. The wind played hell on the balls in the air; everything hung up there and at least 6-7 easy outs fell for foul balls or hits/errors. Seriously, Watson was incredible. We didn't need our bullpen and that was huge.
