Everyone's keeping up with the Jones'. Looks pretty nice. It'll be weird that their horseshoe will be gone.

Have to wonder if we'll do more cosmetic work within the next few years. Aren't we adding some brick to the West? Would be nice if we could walk entirely around Memorial one day.

They're spending over $300 mil to add hardly any seats. Seems like a lot to spend for such a low ROI.
