Track, swimming, gymnastics, diving, badminton. I love soccer but I don't know if it can be nearly the same level as the World Cup in terms of interest. Oh and of course! Basketball.

Probably no time to watch 'em all. Track & swimming are like the quintessential olympic sports to me. Diving is beautiful. Badminton is crazy intense and I play it when I can (like a noob).
