Okay, this thread starts off about the March Madness, but don't switch it to some other section of the board. Watching the Washington vs North Carolina game, and the officials missed about 0.7 seconds from when the ball bounced out of bounds to when the clock stopped. Here's one reporter's version:
Then the TNT commentators interviewed the NCAA chief of officials, who said the clock doesn't stop when the ball lands out of bounds, The clock stops when the whistle blows. He would have liked them to review the play, but it wasn't necessary.
Where were these a$$hat$ two years ago in Texas when they put the second back up??? Just when I thought I was completely over that game from more than two years ago, they had to go and say all this!
Back to therapy I guess.
