They ocassionally get some great players. For example, take away Matt Jones and Darren McFadden, and then try and name any real impact players during Nutt's tenure.
Admittedly, one could be Marcus Monk - he's a 6'6", 220 wide receiver with good speed, great route running, and excellent hands. But while he's Arkansas' go-to receiver, the lack of a passing game means he's never going to get the attention his physical talent would warrant.
After that - who else is there from the Nutt years? About all I can think of are a few defensive backs - Kenny Hamlin, for one. That's about it...
