OU-LSU agree to games

Hey RMS, did you hear about this? I guess OU & LSU agreed to a home game for each of them over the next several years. Thats good to see. Should make for a great matchup. Hiopefully Stoops gets his revenge.

They're trying to get this done since LSU is giving up Houston this year and allowing OU to find them a replacement so Houston can come to Norman. There is a lot of talk about a future home and home with the Tigers, but OU already has home and homes with Washington and someone similar in the next few years. They also go to UCLA and have Notre Dame's return trip to Norman scheduled. OU and Oregon should be announced soon for 2004 in Norman and 2008 in Eugene. Sorry about the rambling on (i'm a bit bored), but this came from LSUSPORTS.NET.

The discussions that led to this scheduling change also prompted negotiations between LSU and Oklahoma for a future home-and-home series. Oklahoma will play at Tiger Stadium and LSU will visit Norman on dates to be announced later this spring.
