Our running backs depth chart?

I was wondering what has happened to collins Okafor. He was the top gainer in the spring game and had some nice comments from the coaches but he has sort of disappeared in the last few weeks. Bo stated on Rome today he considered the running game very important.

 
Well they can't very well put the whole entire team on the depth chart. They usually go by 1's and 2's, and in others sometimes 3's and 4's (usually only 3's and 4's at the positions where a lot of players see the field i.e. wide receiver).

 
I was hoping to see Okafors name on it too... but I think just getting on the field for a play would be good enough. I hope NU runs up the score fast so everyone can get a down under their belt, redshirt or not.

 
Only top 2 listed, Helu then Burkhead, but LJS reported that Lester Ward is the #3 back. No word on who #4 is I guess, my guess is Mendoza.

 
Yeah LJS reported that Lester Ward is slightly ahead of Austin Jones and Marcus Mendoza for the #3 back. I would guess Collins is either 6th or 7th right now. Tray Robinson is also in the same boat as Okafor.

I watched Okafor many times and he can cover some ground when he gets loose. I am very anxious to see him on the field. It bodes well for our backs if this kid is that far down the chart!

Thats a good point... hopefully he will get some touches so he doesnt get down on himself. The kid is a baller, flatout.
