Our Series Histories Against Big 10 Opponents

I thought it would be interesting to take a look at our updated histories with the Big 10. Overall if you look at our record it's not the greatest.

However, all of Indiana's wins are pre-1960. All of Minnesota's wins are 1960 or prior. That's generally the trend across the board.

If you look at our record since 1970 we have a 41-10-0 record

If things continue to go how I expect, we will tie up the Michigan all-time series next year and obviously will pass up Minnesota given enough time. Purdue will be overtaken as well very soon. We will widen the margin with Penn State as the sanctions start to impact them more. Indiana's lead will disappear as well. I think in about 10 years we'll have a winning record against every team in the conference with the exception of Ohio State more than likely. It will be a battle with Michigan, but I think we've got the coaching edge (you may disagree and that's okay). I think the future is bright if we continue winning. That will help recruiting and as our coaches continue to improve we'll be a force to be reckoned with.

If Martinez stays, you guys definitely will tie the series against Michigan. Robinson will be gone after this year. And Gardner will need to improve dramatically to give you guys a challenge.

Yeah, look at all the Super Bowls Crouch has won.

Just because he should, doesn't mean he will.
Now that I'm finished using them, I will bet my left and right nuts that Taylor will be here playing QB for Nebraska barring an asteroid hitting earth.

Well, I gotta use Excel for something other than tracking my wife's contractions and then control charting them in Minitab.

You know that tiny machine next to your wife that's printing a graph? Yeah, that does the same thing. ;)

True it is a possibility, but a very low one. The biggest risk is keeping him healthy. He isn't as fragile as your QB, but he does get banged up a lot as most dual threats tend to.
