stadium can't be university owned. NCAA rule. Camp Randall Is owned by the city of Madison, thats why Wisconsin serves booze.

Michigan did obtain a temp license for the Winter Classic however because its a pro game.

That is why I mentioned basketball and baseball, both are owned by the city.

I really hope this never happens. While I love my Chiefs, I would never take my young kids to the game because of the way some of the fans behave once they are toasted. The only negative incident I've ever had at a Nebraska game was in Lawrence in 03 after 3 drunk guys showed up at half time swearing up a storm and acting like jerks. They didn't stay long thankfully.

My wife the steelers fan always talks about how much fun it would be to go to a chiefs/steelers game at Arrowhead (Im a huge chiefs fan). No it wouldnt.
