He got cited for it, but he also resisted the police. I'm surprised he didn't get arrested for trying to scratch the officer. He made the excuse that he picked up the pot butt, which he said wasn't his, to prevent a grass fire. :rollin

Yeah, apparently he is awaiting a physical to try out for an NFL team. What a waste.
