I emailed Pederson telling him I like what he's doing, but think Cosgrove has to go.

Here's what he emailed back to me. Has anyone else emailed him. Tell me if you got the same respnse

Thank you for taking the time to write to us. Your support means so

much to us. As we begin the new year, we are confident that with

support from great Husker fans such as yourself, we can accomplish great

things. The passion and loyalty of Nebraska fans is truly amazing and it

is what sets this program apart from all the others.

 

We do understand our fan's disappointment. It has been a difficult year

for everyone, particularly for our players and coaches who have worked

so hard to be successful. Although the results on the field were not to

anyone's satisfaction, the football program has made significant gains

in the past year under Coach Callahan's decisive leadership.

 

We firmly believe that under the direction of Coach Callahan, the future

is very bright for our Huskers. We have seen a re-ignited fire in

recruiting and the coaches and team are already working hard in the

off-season to get Nebraska where it belongs-among championship

contenders. Our football team is completing its most successful semester

academically and we are building new facilities to help ensure that each

and every one of our student-athletes reaches his or her full potential.

 

Again, thank you for your support of the Husker football team. I know

you are aware that as we build for the future, your support of these

hard working young men and women will make a real difference. Together

we can accomplish great things.

naw K man my response was quite a bit less heart felt. you guys mus have somethin special. bascially mine jus sed somethin along the lines of stop standing in the nude wearing easter bunny ears outside of Mr Pederson's house with your shotgun or you will be arrested. Kinda mean spirited i thought.
