For those of you wondering about Bo Pelini's contract, you'll have to be patient.

NU officials say it may be a week or two before contract details are finalized and announced.

"Obviously, there have been some agreements in principle and a memorandum of understanding, but it still takes time to get all the documents through the proper legal channels," said Randy York, Nebraska associate athletic director for communications.

"We will announce full details of the contract when the timing is appropriate."

Also, no official word today on whether Pelini will coach LSU in the national championship game. We expect to know more Tuesday, perhaps.

It would be awesome if he were doing a TO thing-- figuring out how much they're allowing him to pay his assistants and then taking less to pay them more... but that's just being way too optimistic. Though, if he did that, all of the people who, for whatever reason, believe he has no character will have to shut the hell up. Again, just pipe dreamin' here
