Pelini's contract

I have been reading through some of the comment's About Pelini coaching in the NC game, And I have to ask Has he even Signed the contract with NU yet? In hi PC he says they are still working out details on it

Contract has not be finalized yet. On Big Red Wrapup last night they said it would be toward the end of the week or next week.
