So what's the new penalty count for calls against in the big 12? What happened KU got flagged 1 time last week and 9 times this week? Turner sure fixed those penalties for 1 week!!

 
it's bullsh#t whatever it is. Don't worry about it we'll be out of this redneck conference in a couple weeks.

 
It's a given that we commit a ton of penalties every week, but the kicker is that we just happen to catch every team on the days that they have their season-low of penalties. Something about us must inspire discipline in our opponent.

If someone had the time and ability, I would LOVE to see a break down of holding penalties. How many we are called for, how many are called for our opponents, etc.

I think that's the thing, mostly. Only a few calls stood out as really bad against us, a lot were our own fault. What stood out was the lack of penalties called on the other team. I like that the refs allow players to just play the game, but I don't like how refs of our games are allowing the other teams a lot of freedom in that area.
