Get ready for a Penn State basketball-football doubleheader on Saturday, Nov. 12, when Joe Paterno’s team completes its 2011 home season against Nebraska in Beaver Stadium.

No official start time has been announced for the football game – Penn State’s first against the Cornhuskers since they officially joined the Big Ten Conference. But the chances of a 3:30 p.m. kickoff are good.

2:30 games are okay. 11am games are terrible. The game is over by 3pm and its tough to keep the same level of interest up for those other games after the Husker game is over.

As a student going to the games I think 2:30 games are the worst. You have to wait in line 3-4 hours before the game to get a good seat, so you miss all the 11 am games, and by the time the game is over, you miss the start of the evening games.
