Photoshop Help!

Any way I could get one of the Photoshop geniuses to put the cigar guy's face in the attached photo. First photo is where you can grab the Cigar Guy. Second photo of Tiger NOT looking at the girls a** is where is what I want shopped. If there is a way you could do 1 photo of the Cigar Guy in the background and do a second photo of his face on the guy sitting to the right of Tiger, it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!

It's hard to make it any better, because there is a different lighting and size in the two pictures, but I did as good a job as I could do!
