I'm thinking we still get Knevel. Bama offered but told him they have some number crunching to do. If they find a way to make room (which i doubt) we lose him. However if Bama doesn't make room he is ours. He seems to have been holding out for Bama all along.

Ha I was obviously wrong on the timing of commitment. At the time I knew nothing of Bama being a serious option for Knevel. A little cold feet and a call from Saban and I eat crow. It happens

Unfortunately 'number crunching' in the SEC amount to kicking a kid out on his butt if they think they can get a better prospect in place. All linked in with oversigning. I suppose at this point we hope no one makes Nick mad, and not that many of their guys go pro....
