Polls

Maybe....Stanford looked pretty tough last night. If we win the Big 10 championship game, then we will be in for a hell of a game against them. I'm assuming UCLA will lose in the PAC 12 championship game of course.

With our current ranking and possible next 2 wins, I would be surprised if we crack the top 10 at the end of the year. None of the SEC darlings will drop so there is like half of the spots, figure Oregon, ND and KSU win bowls we will be lucky. The fact the no one in our conference is ranked in the BCS hurts us.

Should be right around 12th in the BCS.
Probably not. Last five weeks, BCS rankings are exactly the same as Coaches polls, thus #13. In fact, BCS could be #14 because Huskers dragging down BCS computers. It depends on Clemson.

Winning the Rose Bowl will result in a top ten finish.. Maybe just 10th but still top ten.

They better figure these polls out before going to a playoff system or that system will fail as well. Florida State loses a good game to Florida and drops 7 spots in the coaches poll. UCLA and Oregon State both lose big and don't drop. Boise State beats a terrible Colorado State team and jumps 7 spots? Ridiculous.

Because UCLA and OSU got beat against Stanford#9 and Oregon#4. That's is why didn't drop.

BTW, I like BCS countdown (minority voice). Intense discussions/arguments year after year. Versus boring NFLsucks playoffs
