Pork Sandwiches:
The day before the football game..buy a pork roast and cook it in your crockpot all day on low with some cut up onions and minced garlic. I sprinkle some Paula Deen's House Seasoning over it..or season it with some garlic salt and ground black pepper. When it is done...shred the pork roast up with 2 forks and refrigerate it. The morning of the football game...
Mix together in a bowl:
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
2 T. vinegar
Minced onion
1 T. mustard
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
Add the shredded pork and the above mixture in your crockpot; stir till all is thouroughly blended. Cook on low at least for 2-3 hours. The longer it cooks..the better it is. Serve on hamburger buns.
