On saturday afternoon I recieved a phone call. I couldnt hear the man and lost connection with him. I callled the number back and believe it or not is was Dr. Tom Osborne! I am a 40 year old 100 percent disabled vet and called his office just to say thanks for having a little enjoyment for 3 1/2 hours on Saturday afternoon. What is so neat is that he took the time to call me on a day that the big 12 championship was being played. It made my day.

Tom freakin Osborne. Talk about a blessing to the state.
Yeah and I live in austin texas my wife said my chest got all puffed up/lol and my

daughter saved his cell number into my phone but man just neat a guy like that to take time on big twelve championship game to call. WOW

Great story ....but as I read the thread title, I thought to myself .....Self, are there any Tom Osborne stories that are NOT positive ?

It will be a sad day when we can no longer look to his guidance.

Can you post the number? I want to ask him about the possibility of a new OC.
