That's the much-sought-after "Offensive Identity" we've been talking about the last few years.When they talk about sticking to what we do well, and establishing what that is, combined with speaking about making sure Tommy feels comfortable out there- I get a good feeling about things.
Both is those things are issues I took with the former staff and don't feel like they did a very good job of either.
