Potato Pork Chop Casserole:

6 Double-Thick Pork Chops

1 Can(S)-Cream Of Celery Soup

1 Cup Milk

1 Cup Sour Cream

Pepper, To Taste

1-(24-oz.) Pkg. Hash Browns, Shredded, Frozen, Thawed

2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 Can-(S)- French Fried Onions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Brown pork chops.

3. Combine soup, milk, sour cream & pepper. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese & 1/2 cup French Fried Onions.

4. Spoon into casserole dish & top with pork chops.

5. Bake for 40 minutes. Top with rest of fried onions & cheese, bake, uncovered for 5 minutes.
