Potato Romanoff:

8 Medium Potatoes-Peeled & Cut In Half

2 T. Butter

1 Cup Sour Cream

4 Whole Green Onions, Chopped

1-3/4 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Salt & Ground Black Pepper/Or Regular Black Pepper To Taste

1 Tsp. Paprika

Boil potatoes until tender. Mash with butter and sour cream, stir in onions,3/4 cup cheese, salt and pepper. Turn mixture into buttered 1-1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and paprika.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
