Previewing NU v KSU at half time of CU/OSU

i get the distinct impression that no one cares about the ksu/nu game. i would like to think that it is because no one likes ksu, but more than likely it is because they think it is just a game to decide who loses to texas.

Some of us realized what could happen when you think the Huskers don't have a chance (they beat OU). I am liking our chances against Texas and would love to see the Huskers shock the college football world.

That ESPN **** says

The winner this weekend will be the victim to Texas in the championship game

> :(

oh, don't misunderstand me, i always think we have a chance against texas. i was just saying ESPN could care less about us, and have pre-destined texas to play the sec champs.

Oops, I know you meant :espnsucks: . I didn't mean you thought that, I was saying that :espnsucks: is making the same mistake some of us did.

yeah it's easy to misunderstand when everyone just implies that :espnsucks: and it goes without saying.

Well overall the game really does not mean that much to a lot of people for a couple reasons:

1)K-State has been out of the national news for years, very rarely ever being talked about as far as football is concerned. The only times you hear about K-State now is when people want to go gloat on Snyder for the great coaching job he is doing at 367 years old.

2) Both teams are unranked.

3) Either team is a shoe-in to lose to Texas, but Nebraska has the athletes that could make the gamer closer than what K-State could do.
